Delays

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If you've ordered internationally, please don't be alarmed if your order takes a little bit longer to be dispatched. 

Please note, delivery timeframes are in working days unless otherwise specified.

If you're shopping internationally, your delivery may be subject to customs fees, so please check to see if you've been contacted as your parcel could be delayed if there is a pending payment. 

Not going to be in?

A lot of the carriers we use provide options for delivery such as a safe place, neighbours or re-delivery to another date or parcel shop location. If this is available for your delivery, you'll be able to find this on the carrier website or app. 

Can't find your parcel?

If your parcel says it's been delivered but you can't find it, first check to see if they've left a delivery photo, signature, location or note. Check with nearby neighbours and specified safe places.
